Campus Housing
| Southeastern is a residential campus that fosters a sense of community as a part of the body of Christ. Residential housing provides a unique experience of living with students of different personalities, interests, and cultural backgrounds. This opportunity helps students learn, grow, and build relationships. Living on campus enhances the academic, social, spiritual, and personal dimensions of students' lives. |

HOUSING FAQ
Who will be my roommate?
A room will be reserved when the $200.00 Enrollment Confirmation Deposit is paid to the Office of Admission
and all housing forms (On-Campus Housing Application, on the front of the Enrollment Confirmation form) have been returned to the Office of Admission by the June 1, 2008 deadline and then forwarded to the Student Housing office. At this time, roommate and building assignments are made as a reasonably compatible match is found.
May I select my roommate?
Yes. The Housing Application on the Enrollment Confirmation form has a location to request a specific roommate. His/her full name must be included. If the person you request to room with is also a new student, he/she must include your name on his/her form in order for your request to be fulfilled. Enrollment Confirmation forms for all requested roommates must be received by the June 1, 2008 deadline for consideration.
When will I receive a specific room assignment?
New students and their assigned roommate are assigned a specific room upon arrival. On Opening Day, Saturday, August 16, 2008, new residents are to proceed to their assigned residence hall for check-in.

What are the refund policies?
