Residence Life

You have a big paper due tomorrow. You’re wondering whether your current dating relationship glorifies God. And now—while your roommate is still in class—you realize that you've locked yourself out of your room. Just then, God sends a servant to offer help, a listening ear and encouragement. He sends your RA.

Residence Life staff—residence directors (RDs), resident assistants (RAs), Delta Pis and LINCs—facilitate campus living at Southeastern: from schooling you on the school’s rules, to rallying residents to pray for you or an ailing relative. Women receive extra doses of camaraderie and peer counsel at Southeastern. Delta Pis are upperclassman women on freshman halls who help freshmen adjust to university life. LINCs, or Leaders IN Community, are upperclassman women who work to create a sense of community in their halls by organizing activities, Bible studies and off-campus trips.

Living on campus enhances life for Southeastern students—from your proximity to classes, the library and campus events, to conversations with hall mates that echo ideas from class and chapel. Residence Life enables you to enjoy college life in all of its rich dimensions.
