* Other miscellaneous fees and/or expenses (e.g. passport, books, insurance, personal items, etc.) are not included in this total and are payable by the student.
Students applying for participation in the International Studies Program in Jerusalem in Spring 2009 must submit a $300 deposit. If a student withdraws the application before 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2008, the deposit is refundable.

Students who are approved for participation in the International Studies Program in Jerusalem in Spring 2009 must complete payment arrangements for the total cost of the program by Friday, November 14, 2008. The student must obtain written verification of payment from the office of Financial Aid and present it to Dean Houlihan's office by Friday, November 14, 2008. Any application without written verification by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2008, will be cancelled and the $300 deposit will be forfeited. There will be no extensions and no exceptions. Federal loans are available for qualified applicants. Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card, university payment plan, approved scholarships, or any combination of these payment options.

Students who are approved for the Spring 2009 program and cancel for any reason after November 21, 2008, will forfeit the $2,755 program fee.
