Faculty Research in the College of Business and Legal StudiesCollege of Business and Legal Studies faculty members enhance their teaching experience with a variety of scholarly activities. Recent examples of our faculty's intellectual contributions include an international presentation on global business education alliances, a journal article that examines a way to identify systems fraud risk associated with employee disgruntlement, and a public administration textbook suitable for undergraduate and first-year graduate MBA students. Featured Faculty ResearchStupidomics: A Primer on the U.S. Economy, a 2009 book by William Hahn, Professor of Accounting, and Lyle Bowlin, Vice President of Academic Affairs, explains the recent financial crisis in language that average Americans can understand. The authors show how fundamental economic concepts affect everyday decisions related to our jobs, how we spend our money, how our government spends our money, and how we vote in local and national elections. | |
