Preview Days

Theatre scholarship auditions | schedule of activities

Preview Days provides you with a 24-hour snapshot experience of Southeastern's community. This structured program is reserved for high school juniors and seniors, and transfer students; it allows you to get an in-depth experience of college life. The Preview Days program begins on Thursday and concludes on Friday.

Preview Days schedules include the following:

  • Evening worship service with Southeastern University President Dr. Mark Rutland
  • Parent's dessert with President Rutland
  • Faculty panel discussion
  • Class visit
  • A reception with the faculty
  • Meals in the dining hall
  • A campus tour
  • Financial aid information session
  • Admission, Student Life, and Athletics information and Q & A session

Space for Preview Days is limited, so please confirm your attendance early! If you register before online registration closes (by 8:00 a.m. on the Monday before the event), the registration fee is only $20.00. Registrations after 8:00 a.m. on the Monday before the event must be made at the door, and the fee will be $30.00. Prior to the online registration closing, you may register online or by phone with a credit card. You also may register by mail by printing out the number of registrations you need, completing them, and mailing them in along with your check or money order made payable to Southeastern University.

The registration fee to attend Preview Days includes:

  • One night's lodging for you with a Southeastern University student host
    (Please remember to bring sleeping bag/air mattress and toiletries)
  • Southeastern University T-shirt
  • Meals for you and your parent(s) or sponsor(s)
  • Special event fees

You will need to make your own travel arrangements, and your parent(s) or sponsor(s) must arrange their own lodging. Shuttle service is available from the following services: Burd’s Handi-Van Transportation Services at (863) 667-1175 from Tampa and A1 Airport Car Limo Services at (888) 499-5468.

Students who wish to register after online registration closes can still register when they arrive on campus. The late registration fee will be an additional $10.00 to the early registration fee.
