Southeastern Fire Card: The Southeastern Fire Card (student ID card) has many functions. It is the meal card, laundry card, library card, printing card, “ID card” for permission to be on campus, and it grants access into the residence halls. It also is an on-campus debit card for Tuscana Ristorante (the main dining hall), Mi Casa Café, Center Court Café, and the campus bookstore.

Fire Card General Account: Students may add money to their Fire Cards any time during the semester. Money added to the Fire Card may be used at all Southeastern dining locations and in the campus bookstore. Money placed on their Fire Cards will remain on the cards and not be refunded until graduation or official withdrawal from the university.

Fire Funds: When students purchase certain meal plans, Fire Funds will be automatically added to the Fire Card the day after the drop/add deadline. Fire Funds are accepted like cash at the Mi Casa and Center Court cafés. Fire Funds do not remain on cards but expire at the end of each semester.

Fire Card Care: Southeastern is not responsible for any unauthorized use of a student's Fire Card.  Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Fire Card office.  Cards may be replaced in the Fire Card office.
