Southeastern Fire Card: The Southeastern Fire Card (student ID card) has many functions. It is the meal card, laundry card, library card, printing card, “ID card” for permission to be on campus, and it grants access into the residence halls. It also is an on-campus debit card for Tuscana Ristorante (the main dining hall), Mi Casa Café, Center Court Café, and the campus bookstore.
Campus Cash: You may add personal funds (Campus Cash) to your Fire Card's general account anytime during the semester. Funds added to the Fire Card may be used at all Southeastern University dining locations, the campus bookstore, and for purchasing copies/printing.These funds will carry over each semester and will remain on your Fire Card. Funds placed on your Fire Card will not be refunded or transferred to your student account until you graduate or officially withdraw from the university.
Fuego Funds: When you purchase certain meal plans, Southeastern University includes Fuego Funds, which is money that can be used in Mi Casa Café and Center Court Café only. If your meal plan choice offers this feature, the Fuego Funds will be automatically added to your ID card the day after drop/add. Fuego Funds do not carry over but will expire at the end of each semester.
Card Care: Southeastern is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your Fire Card. Please report lost or stolen cards to the Campus Card Office immediately.
General Student Fee includes: yearbook, newspaper, student activities, Student Body Leadership Council, Health Services, and online resources.
All residence hall prices include use of laundry facilities.
