Admission
We equip. A high school athlete, whose guidance counselor said he lacked the mental muscle for college, became an accountant at a top firm after graduating from Southeastern. A disc jockey from Tennessee, who studied pastoral ministry at Southeastern, founded a nonprofit that owns or operates 17 Christian radio stations from Florida to Missouri. We want to prepare you too—professionally and spiritually—to fulfill your calling in the Lord.
At Southeastern you’ll learn in small classes where your professors not only care about what they teach but whom they’re teaching. Although it’s been nearly two decades since her graduation, an elementary school teacher still remembers how her psychology professor here counseled her after her father’s death. Southeastern is still in the business of girding up students so they too can be salt in the classrooms, boardrooms and courtrooms of the twenty-first century.
Welcome to Southeastern University. Take off your shoes, relax and use your interests to browse your way through our site to identify a major you may consider, a sport for which you may try out, and the Southeastern admission counselor who can answer your questions. After browsing, you may choose Southeastern because we’re astonishingly affordable, spiritual and spirited, and unshakably devoted to our students’ education and edification.
