A RICH HERITAGE OF INSTRUCTION

Southeastern is no stranger to graduate education. As a branch of the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Southeastern enabled men and women to earn master’s degrees in Christian ministries for more than 20 years. Students pursuing Southeastern’s Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership can expect the same quality of instruction from Southeastern professors, who have decades of experience both teaching and leading. Southeastern’s master’s program also will connect you with fellow Christian leaders from many stations and occupations. A youth pastor can trade insights with a regional director in his denomination or a senior pastor of a mega-church. You won’t be able to leave Southeastern without lifelong friends and colleagues in ministry.

EXECUTIVE AND RESIDENT PROGRAMS
Southeastern’s Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership also is flexible. The degree may be completed in two modes. Students in the Executive Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership spend four days each month completing courses, including several taught by Southeastern President Dr. Mark Rutland, the architect of Southeastern’s institutional resurgence and an accomplished pastor, missionary director, and Christian author. Students in the resident program attend classes two nights each week and during a weeklong session each semester. Choosing either the Executive Master of Arts or the resident program will allow you to complete the program in twelve months.

“With an emphasis on practical ministry, springing from a burden to equip and empower harvesters for this time, the all new Southeastern University (master of arts) degree in ministerial leadership is already impacting the church and the world. Leadership is the operative word – professional, anointed leadership for an age in need.”
—Dr. Mark Rutland, Southeastern President
